Deepak Hooda’s amazing ability to hit the ball and clear the field get him the 4.2 crores in the IPL auction. He impressed almost everyone with his hitting as well as defensive batting skill. Rahul Dravid also said that “he is a great player with the hitting ability as well as the defensive ability”. Such type of complement in his small career motivated him very much.

Baroda Ranji player was one of the Premier names in the India Under-19 squad during 2014. He made a century on his debut. This made him the second Baroda Player to do so. By doing so he earned himself a call from the Rajasthan Royals side.
