Karun Nair IPL 2018 KXIP: Wiki, Biography, Age, Sex, Stats, Performance, Team

Karun Nair is an Indian Cricketer. Nair is a right-handed opening batsman and a part-time off-break bowler. He represents Karnataka in domestic cricket. He played for Karnataka at all junior levels. He also represented India’s Under-19 team tour of Australia.

He was signed by the Royal Challengers Bangalore team for the fifth edition of Indian Premier League in 2012. Although he gets to play only 2 games in that edition. He had an excellent 2013-14 Ranji season where he scored three centuries in Six matches including an inning of 151 not out in the semi-finals.

He learned perfection and discipline in the 2014 IPL edition as he was under the guidance of Rahul Dravid, Shane Watson, and Brad Hodge as he was the part of Rajasthan Royals team in 2014 season. In the 2016 Delhi Daredevils bought him at the price of 4 crore which is more than 40 times of his base price.

After his consistent performance for Karnataka and India A, he finally got a call from the national team in 2015 where he replaced injured Murali Vijay. Unfortunately, he did not get a chance to make it for Playing XI. Finally, in 2016, he got a chance to debut against England in Mohali and he scored a massive triple ton in only his third test.

By doing so he made it count for that chance. His consistency will make him a big player one day.

Shardul Thakur IPL 2018 CSK: Wiki, Biography, Age, Sex, Stats, Performance, Team

Shardul Thakur is an Indian cricketer. He is the 218th player inducted to the Indian cricket team. By the time he was playing first-class cricket for Mumbai he was also playing for the Kings X1 Punjab. Now in 2018, he is playing for Chennai Super Kings in the Eleventh Edition of VIVO IPL.

Shardul Thakur’s Bowling style is a little bit different from other Mumbai players. As Dhawal Kulkarni relies on Movement, Thakur is a hit the Deck Bowler. According to his nature, he aptly moves the ball away from the right-hander. This causes more trouble for the batsman. Also this the key feature which seems to work for him.

Shardul’s career and his success is the proof of his hard work. He is not that much Fit and that’s why his teammates suggested him to lose some extra kilos. He respected this advice and done this. By doing so he returned stronger. He was named in India’s 16-man squad for India’s tour of West Indies 2017, but he did not play.

Possibly, the aggressive Bowling style his not suited for T20 leagues as Indian premier league where he got only one match to play but the kind of bowler he is India would want him to play for them.

In August 2017 he got selected in the limited-overs squad for series against Sri-lanka and he made his ODI debut on 31st August 2017 against Sri-Lanka. In addition to that he also the second player to wear the number 10 jersey after Sachin Tendulkar. It has also created many controversies on social media. As a result of this in his comeback game of ODI against New Zealand in 2017, he changed his jersey number to 54.

Harbhajan Singh IPL 2018 CSK: Wiki, Biography, Age, Sex, Stats, Performance, Team

Harbhajan Singh Plaha is an Indian Cricketer. He is commonly known as Harbhajan Singh. Also called as “Bhaji” from his teammates or loved ones. Bhaji is an international Indian cricketer who plays all format of cricket. He is a specialist spin bowler and has the second-highest number of Test wickets by an Off-spinner.

Bhaji is born into a Sikh family. He is the only son of Sardar Sardev Singh Plaha. He was a businessman who owned a ball bearing and valve factory. Harbhajan was trained as a batsman by his first coach Charanjit Singh Bhullar. After that converted to spin bowling when his coach died by Davinder Arora.

Arora credits Harbhajan’s success to a work discipline includes the three-hour training session followed by an afternoon session lasting from 3 pm until the sunset. In the early stage, bhaji was thrown out of the National Cricket Academy for Indiscipline and pulled up by the match referee giving a verbal send-off to a still young Ricky Ponting. He and Ponting developed a famous rivalry, with the off-spinner getting the batsman constantly during the early years.

His career was rescued by Saurav Ganguly when he fought for his inclusion in the classic 2001 series against Australia. His performance scalping 32 Australian wickets in the 3 test series as India came back from the dead to win 2-1.

Harbhajan has often been in the news for flare-ups on the field, and none was more prominent than the one in the infamous India-Australia Sydney Test in 2008. Accused of racially abusing Andrew Symonds — with whom Harbhajan had already had several altercations — he was initially banned for 3 Test matches.

However, the ban was revoked after the Indian team threatened to withdraw from the tour since the match referee, Mike Procter, had no recourse to either audio or video evidence against Harbhajan. Later that same year though, Harbhajan was banned from playing the inaug32ural IPL after slapping S Sreesanth after a match between their teams.
